What is not covered by the warranty?
Warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, antennas, AC cords, cabinets, head band, ear-pads, or damage due to line power surges, connection to improper voltage supply or settings, misuse, mishandling, improper application, accident, acts of God, or attempted repair by an unauthorized service agent.
What do I need to send to have my merchandise repaired or replaced by warranty?
In order to have your merchandise repaired or replaced by warranty, you must send the unit PREPAID to NAXA ELECTRONICS 2914 LEONIS BLVD. VERNON, CA 90058 In the original packaging or reasonable substitute to prevent damage and include: (1) PROOF OF PURCHASE, which must have a purchase date that falls in the warranty period specified in the Warranty card. (2) ALL ACCESSORIES that came with the product package must be sent along with the main unit. (3) A CASHIER?S CHECK OR MONEY ORDER payable to Naxa Electronics Inc, depending on the unit for return shipping and handling. You must include your full name, shipping address and telephone number for our reference. No returned merchandise will be shipped back to a PO BOX. If returned merchandise is found to have no problem and/or does not include requirements (1), (2) and (3), it will be returned back to the customer.
How long is the limited warranty for Naxa products?
Naxa Electronics Inc, warrants their products to the original purchaser ONLY, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, for ninety (90) Days from the date of original purchase. Naxa agrees, at its option under the warranty period, to repair or replace the product if it is determined to be defective at ?No Charge?.
I received my product and there are missing accessories or parts, what do I do?
If the unit was tampered with or the packaging was opened when you purchased it, please return it to the place you have purchased it from. All new Naxa items, will be originally packaged, and will never be opened prior to the consumer purchasing it.

Unfortunately we do not provide schematics for our units. If you are encountering a particular issue with the unit, please feel free to provide us with as much information on the issue, so that we can be of assistance to you.
How do I sequence play, loop, or repeat on my DVD Player?
Please note that you can refer to the instruction manual for more information regarding the repeat and loop features of the DVD player. The manual can be downloaded from the below link and the information you have requested can be referenced on pages 17-20. Link: Sequence Play 1. Compatible with DVD, CD, HD-CD, WMA, Digital Audio disc /JPEG discs. 2. when in stop state, press the Play button, the player will play in the "Sequence" mode. This is for all compatible discs. Using the Repeat Feature 1. Compatible with DVD,CD, HD-CD, WMA, Digital Audio disc /JPEG disc. 2. While a disc is playing, press Repeat button once and the repeat banner appears to show current repeat mode. a) In CD, HD-CD, WMA or Digital Audio disc/JPEG sequence playback mode. Press Repeat button again to turn on repeat mode. Press the button again on the remote to turn to the next repeat mode. There are three repeat options: Off, Track Repeat and Disc Repeat. With each consecutive press of the button, the repeat mode switches. If you press the button four times, repeat mode cycles back to Off. b) In DVD playback, press Repeat button again to turn on repeat mode. There are three repeat options: Off, Chapter Repeat and Title Repeat. With each consecutive press of the button, the repeat mode switches. If you press the button four times, repeat mode cycles back to Off. c) In WMA, Digital Audio disc /JPEG playback, press Repeat button again to turn on repeat mode. There are four repeat options: Off, Track Repeat, Directory Repeat, and Disc Repeat. With each consecutive press of the button, the repeat mode switches. If you press the button five times, repeat mode cycles back to Off. Repeat a Specific Segment on the Disc that You Define 1. Compatible with DVD, CD, HD-CD, WMA, Digital Audio disc. 2. During normal or fast playback, press the A-B button once. REPEAT "A" appears on the screen. This indicates the start point of the loop. 3. Press A-B again, REPEAT A-B will be shown, this indicates the end point of the loop. 4. The segment will now be repeated until you press the "REPEAT" button again to turn off the feature. 5. Press A-B again to cancel the loop points. 6. When playing a CD disc, you can repeat a specific segment only in one track. When the next track begins, A-B Repeat turns off automatically. 7. When playing a DVD disc, you can repeat a specific segment only in one title.
My DVD player can't read any disc, what can I do?
1. Disc access time within 10-20 seconds is normal. 2. The disc is scratched or damaged. 3. The code of disc is different from the code of unit PAL to NTSC error (set video output as AUTO).
There is no picture, what can I do?
If your TV does not have P-Scan function, pressing VIDEO button on the remote may cause this. Press VIDEO button again to rectify.
Why is there no sound?
Ensure that the equipment is connected properly. Ensure that the TV or audio equipments are not muted. Ensure that the audio output setting is correct.
Why is the picture distorted?
The picture will be somewhat distorted at times. This is normal advance or reverse.
My remote control doesn't work, what can I do?
Check the batteries being installed with correct polarities. Replace dead batteries. Point at remote control sensor and operate it within 5 meters.
Unit?s or remote control buttons are not functioning , what can I do?
Turn the unit off and then back to on, alternatively, turn off the unit, disconnect the AC power cord for 5 to 10 minutes and then reconnect it.
Audio soundtrack and/or subtitle language not found in setting, what can I do?
If the audio soundtrack and/or subtitle language does not exist in the disc, the language selected at the initial settings will not be seen or heard. Alternative audio soundtrack (or an alternative language is not selected with discs which contain subtitle) language cannot be more than one language selected.
How can I change the angle?
This function depends on the software availability. Even if a disc has a number of angles recorded. These angles maybe recorded for specific scenes only.
How can I program the play mode?
In program playing mode, no repeat, A-B- functions are available.
