Warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, antennas, AC cords, cabinets, head band, ear-pads, or damage due to line power surges, connection to improper voltage supply or settings, misuse, mishandling, improper application, accident, acts of God, or attempted repair by an unauthorized service agent.

In order to have your merchandise repaired or replaced by warranty, you must send the unit PREPAID to NAXA ELECTRONICS 2914 LEONIS BLVD. VERNON, CA 90058 In the original packaging or reasonable substitute to prevent damage and include: (1) PROOF OF PURCHASE, which must have a purchase date that falls in the warranty period specified in the Warranty card. (2) ALL ACCESSORIES that came with the product package must be sent along with the main unit. (3) A CASHIER?S CHECK OR MONEY ORDER payable to Naxa Electronics Inc, depending on the unit for return shipping and handling. You must include your full name, shipping address and telephone number for our reference. No returned merchandise will be shipped back to a PO BOX. If returned merchandise is found to have no problem and/or does not include requirements (1), (2) and (3), it will be returned back to the customer.

Naxa Electronics Inc, warrants their products to the original purchaser ONLY, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, for ninety (90) Days from the date of original purchase. Naxa agrees, at its option under the warranty period, to repair or replace the product if it is determined to be defective at ?No Charge?.

If the unit was tampered with or the packaging was opened when you purchased it, please return it to the place you have purchased it from. All new Naxa items, will be originally packaged, and will never be opened prior to the consumer purchasing it.

Unfortunately we do not provide schematics for our units. If you are encountering a particular issue with the unit, please feel free to provide us with as much information on the issue, so that we can be of assistance to you.

Ensure that the power switch is on. Ensure that the wall inlet is ok. Ensure that the power cord is not damaged or the fuse is not blown. Ensure that the power plug is connected to the inlet tightly.

Ensure that you have put the disc on the tray. Check whether the disc is put in the reverse side. Check whether the disc is distorted. Check whether the disc is stained or scratched badly. Ensure that the disc format is compatible to the player. Ensure that the temperature inside the car is not too high. If so, cool off till the ambient temperature returns to normal. Replace another disc to insert it into the disc compartment.

Check the batteries of the remote control. Direct the remote control to the IR sensor of the player Check whether there are some obstacles between the remote control and IR sensor.

Turn off the power, and then turn on again. Reset the unit to zero, and then turn on again. Remove the front panel from the unit, then install it again and then turn on again.

Check whether the antenna cable is connected firmly. Or manually tune for a station.

The installation angle is more than 30 degrees, adjust the angle less than 30 degrees. The surface of the CD is extremely dirty or it is damaged.

The transmission signal is too week.

The clock mode can be accessed by using the mode button. The clock mode can be set in two modes, when it is in aux mode or CD mode. The screen will normally display the time and AUX or CD afterwards. During the Clock mode, you can press and hold the "SEL" button and press "FF/REV" to adjust the "H/M" (hour and minute).
